Reliable tools for my projects

Solid tools, could improve shipping updates

I ordered the Heavy Duty Stapler and some Galvanized Staples last month. The stapler itself is really sturdy and has handled everything I've thrown at it, which is great. The staples are high quality too. My only minor complaint was about the shipping updates. It took about 6 days to reach me in California, and the tracking information wasn't always the most detailed, so I wasn't sure exactly when it would arrive. But the items were well-packaged, and customer service was helpful when I called to ask about the delivery. Good tools, just a small tweak needed on the tracking.
